Can the three friends she meets along the way help her discover the true meaning of home and family? Or will she run out of time?

Had it not been for the obvious Wizard of Oz connection, I'd probably have given up on it. The characters were driven mostly be a desire to make them somewhat parallel equivalent characters in the Wizard of Oz. As such, some plot points seemed stretched to make that correlation.Product details

Read this book in one day. Starting at the first page, this book grabs your attention and keeps it all the way to the very end. When you think of the original concept of the Wizard of Oz this books follows that formula to a certain extent with a serious twist. The story ventures off the "yellow brick road", and becomes a story of its very own. You won't be disappointed. A really great read!!
This is a charming book that is a modern day twist on the wizard of oz with a darker perspective. Once I was captivated by the characters I couldn't put the book down! I loved the hints at the original characters but at the same time the authors managed to create a unique and original storyline that would hold up on its own. I enjoyed getting to know each character, with their dark and interesting pasts, following them throughout their journeys of finding themselves, and I couldn't help but root for them along the way. I was enchanted to say the least and was left wanting more... A great read!!!
Enjoyed it immensely, a wonderfully tense book, that kept me reading and engaged until the end! And of course there will be a sequel!? Let's hope, Sarah and her team are great!

Don't usually read this type of booking was written well and I had a hard time putting it down. Would make a good movie
This book is an intriguing read from the get go. You can't put this book down! I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes a good fiction. Can't wait to see if there is a sequel!!!!
